*****   The Bhutanese meal includes a variety of oriental spices and is prepared 1 to 2 days in advance of serving in order to marinate and enhance the flavour. At least 48 hours notice is therefore requested. The Bhutanese experience is a fun evening including music, tales and traditional dress from the tiny Himalayan Kingdom.
